Goynes Elementary Carnival

Noah has been so excited about having his school carnival, especially since he has been out of school for the month of October (due to his year-round school track break). He was all ready for some fun...geared up in his Jedi outfit and all. However, I was about to walk out the door, when Noah asked where my costume was. ???? Uhhhhhhh....I grabbed a hat real quick to appease him. Then we were off, thankfully, with a smile on my boy's face. (Well, sort of...He was upset that I didn't dress Kela. However, she doesn't like it, so I let her slide this year. Because I'm a nice mom, I gave her a break.) Jedi Noah with Marina Good Witch
(You know, I'm almost 40 and this is only the 2nd time I've been a witch... I know. I know. I'm not really dressed like one here, but I just think it's weird since it's such a popular outfit...hmmm...just a little trivia for ya, anyway!)
I just LOVE FALL!!!! I love pumpkins! I love colorful leaves! And, I love the great weather!
My boy is tough...he doesn't even flinch! ;)
Aren't I scary?
The first thing Noah wanted to do at the Carnival was play on the climbing, bouncy gym.
He said it was well worth the 30 minute wait!!!
Then, we tried to select another pumpkin to put at our home.
It was a hard decision...
...but we finally agreed on one.
Isn't it cute??? Noah thinks so!
Kela took her time selecting a sucker from the Lollipop Tree. She concentrated real hard on finding the perfect one.
Noah couldn't ring the beanbag toss...
...but he did manage to roll the ball into the right slot.
Yay! He gets a prize!!!
When Kela played, she won too!!! Amazing!
Noah pretty much enjoyed anything he could throw.
He was one of the few who could actually ring the ping pong in the furthest bucket. What can I say? He's an athlete!
Kela liked throwing stuff too...she did it all for the candy! =)
Noah didn't seem to think the Haunted House was too scary! Look at that smile!!!
Of course, we had to get some Kettle Corn. YUM!
But, before we could leave Noah got put in jail...
...and he had to thank his principle for a really good time!!!

How cute! I don't remember ever having anything like that when I was in elementary school.
