Some of My Goals

So...I've been thinking a lot on what I need to do to improve myself. My goal is to be better today than what I was yesterday; be better tomorrow than what I was today, and continue progressing eternally. I want to perfect myself emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, and physically (health). I'm commited to work hard at all.

My frist step in improving my health was to join our Stake's fitness regime. (They meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning.) I can only go twice a week, though, because of my school schedule, but I will do what I can, because I want my cardio to be really good.
I made these girls take a picture after our workout, because it marked an important step for me. Brittany (far left) actually instructs the class. She teaches step aerobics. Let me just say...I am completely uncoordinated! I look like a drunken, floppy retard out there. It is hard learning foreign moves...for me anyway LOL!!! However, I plan on getting it down, because I am taking control of my life!!!!


My goals are going to get my attention, and I will do what it takes to accomplish them...step by step!

Good for you! It's good to let go, and focus on the important! I'm trying to do the same.
