This semester I met a girl named Ruth, who is also trying to get into the Dental Hygiene program. The fact that our lives crossed paths has helped me tremendously. Ruth has helped to direct me toward my goals, so I am very grateful for her. 
My parents were in town, and my dad wanted to meet up with the Perkins and Alexanders to go out to eat. I figured I would invite Ruth and her husband as well. We all went to Outback.
We had a great time, and Pop loved cutting up with the boys!
