This tag is pretty unique, so I thought I would give it a shot.
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

I have lots of memories of you...all of them good, by the way!
However, I will never forget my first impression of you. It was my third Sunday as Primary President and I was so overwhelmed. Primary was really chaotic and you walked in with your children to find their class. I was busy running around and you approached me and asked if there was anything you could do to help out. That simple question meant SO much to me, especially coming from a complete stranger. That is what I love about you, your willingness to do whatever is needed to build up the kingdom of God. I always feel the Spirit and comfortable in your presence and I think that is a really special quality about you.
I will miss you when I move!
I remember that presidency meeting also, but above that, whenever I think of you I think of the strong testimony you have. You convey a conviction for the gospel that is seldom found.
Ok, Well, considering you are my sister I have lots of memories, but I think I will choose to talk about Mom and the Melting Pot. We all went there as a family and Mom was so obsessed with the chocolate that she started to dip her finger in the pot raking all the chocolate that she could get off. She didn't realize that she had it all in her teeth as she said, "Man this chocolate is sooooo GOOD!" We all couldn't help but laugh and still to this day every time we come across chocolate we have to do the ritual of the chocolate face. I guess this really is more of a memory of Mom, but it is also a memories of all of us, b/c we all have fun making fun of her.
Another memory that has to do just with you would be the time that Mom kicked me out of the house (my senior year in high school) and you were so kind, or should I say brave enough, to take me in. I know it only lasted for like 3 months before I got sick of actually having rules for a change and went back home so I could run wild. I do have to say that y'all were all wonderful examples to me while I stayed there in the time of my craziness.
Also do you remember when I was living with you I got that black eye from the Powder Puff practice. It wasn't that bad that night, but when I woke up the next morning my eye was swollen shut. I sat up in bed and was like "I can't see!" Me and you both just started busted out laughing and couldn't stop for like 15 minutes.
Ok, enough stories...sorry
I will do this post later. I got to run for now.
You might not know who I am, but your husband and son are our home teachers. I remember you were bearing your testimony, (or you were giving a lesson or something) and I pieced together who you were, and who some of your kids were (it was the southern accent), and I thought how sweet of a person you are.

Well, well, well...A memory about you? Let me think because you told me not to post anything negative. ;-P Like Liz Ann, there are so many memories!
I remember the only thing that I ever saw you eating around the house was Bread Sandwiches! (which are good) Alex would always complain that we were out of bread because you would have just eaten 6 pieces squished together in a ball.
I remember you dressing me up to show off to your friends. I really liked that and thought I was cool. Thanks! However, when I was about 7 or 8 I tried to kiss one of your boyfriends (Troy) and instead of a kiss, he spit in my face. I remember that you laughed and I was so mad at you because you didn't hit him. Of course you would never hit anyone, but I sure as heck would! LOL (but I was too small.)
I remember how much I loved to go to the fair with you and try and hang out with your friends.
I remember how you didn't want to share a room with me because I was such a slob! Jim feels the same way! LOL :-)
I remember your wedding for some strange reason and it's not what you would think. I remember that you served bean dip and peanuts. I guess I remember that because I was probably like, "What is this crap? Where's the food?"
I remember when Ethen & Rocco would pick on me and call me fat that you would stick up for me and tell them to stop. Thanks, even though I DO have a big booty. :-)
And most importantly, I know that whenever I have a problem or am in need of some advice or need a listening ear, that you're the one to call. I know I can talk to you about anything and you never judge and are always very positive. Thanks for being such an amazing sister! I love you!
I know it said 1 memory, but you're worth at least a few! Ok, so am I off the hook for blogging? he he he ;-P
I guess mine aren't going to be as fun as your sisters' but....
I just remember meeting Kayla for the first time and falling in love with her. Being amazed at how well behaved she is, and polite. And meeting you and deciding that I wanted to be like you because you raised a perfect little thing like Kayla!!! I knew that if you could make Kayla be so wonderful then you were that wonderful yourself, and of course you've never disappointed us.
Oops I have one more story to tell. I thought about it as I was falling asleep and then I couldn't go to sleep b/c I kept laughing to myself reminiscing. But it was my last year going to girls camp and you were one of the leaders who went for the Lexington Ward. I rallied up our West Columbia girls to come bomb raid y'all with shaving cream. We came in your cabin late that night. Y'all thought we were trying to be nice and say goodnight to y'all, but low and behold we blind sided y'all with shaving cream. Then we had 5 minutes to hurry up and clean everything up b/c the stake leaders were coming around to tuck is in bed and make sure we weren't doing anything wrong. hahahahhaha we so got y'all that night.
I remember whacking all of your long hair off, I think that I was more reserved about it than you were because you kept telling me shorter, shorter, shorter!
I also remember several showers and other family get togethers and you would always bring so much food! I guess it's always better to have too much rather than not enough. :)
Hello! After taking your advice I am officially a blogger! The site is still in the works but check it out when you have a chance. Look forward to staying in touch!
Marina, I have a lot of good memories with you since I've been blessed to be your VT companion. But my favorite memory would have to be before we ever even met. My parents were visiting from San Diego, and they came to church with us. My dad met Frank during the last hour, and really liked him. When we were driving home (my parents following us in their car), they passed up our street and kept going up through Aliante. We had no idea where they were going.
Forty-five minutes later they showed up at my house and couldn't stop talking about this amazingly sweet family they met at church with the greatest southern accents. Apparently Frank and my dad got into a conversation about bbq (my sister's husband has a family owned bbq restaurant, so we all LOVE good bbq), and he invited my parents over to try his famous bbq pork sandwiches.
My parents were sent home with a HUGE jar of this awesome honey mustard bbq sauce, and tupperware full of bbq pork. My mom went on and on about how kind and gracious you were, and I was so thankful that complete strangers were so welcoming to my visiting family.
LOVE YOU GUYS!!!
Marina,
It was so good to hear from you!!!
Feel free to drop in anytime. :-)
I have so many memories from that yellow house it's crazy.......
I remember Lizann and I helping you get ready for some fancy military dance. You must have tried on four or five outfits on before deciding. They all looked gorgeous!
I remember the first time I met your clan over at Lizann's and I was just in awe at how good of a mom you were. I also remember being amazed at how many children you had.....then at the time three....little did I know there were more to come. :) If that is one thing I have learned from your family, it is my love for large families. There is always something fun going on!
You were always so sweet to Lizann, Jennifer, and I even though I am sure we ran around the house like hooligans.
Marina,
I barely know you but the short time we spent together felt like I've known you forever. You gave me a ride home from a meeting at the church just a few short weeks after my Jacey passed away. We shared some tender stories with each other and the spirit was strong in your car. I felt a connection with you right away. I have thought about you a lot since that night and have missed you! That short space of time had a huge impact on my life. Thank you.
My 1st memory of you outside of us being in a presidency together was you coming to the ward halloween party in your nerd costume! You were hilarious and you stayed in character the whole night! So funny!
I also think you are so smart and have an awesome spirit! It has been a privilege getting to know you! Anytime you wanna go jump out of bushes and scare Japanese tourist, I'm down! :)
