I am super glad that this is my last week to teach preschool. I have enjoyed my five little students: Noah, Brock, Lincoln, Haley, and Annie. However, I am also glad that it is coming to a close. We were in a coop group so we rotated teaching between the parents. So, I only had to teach every fifth week. We met every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00-11:30 am. It gave the kids a chance to get out and learn a few things, especially some social skills, and it gave us parents a break too. Truly, it has been a nice experience. I had a lot of FUN with my preschoolers!
However, Noah desperately needs to be in full time school. He has one of those late birthdays so it has kind of put him behind schedule, in my opinion. Unfortunately, in Nevada, their kindergarten only meets for 1/2 day. So when he does enter school, he'll still be behind. I'll have to look into my other options come August. I don't really want to pay $300 /month for full day, but I kind of think he needs it. He'll be 6 yrs old!
Anyway, my tenure of teaching is over. I will spend the rest of the day celebrating...Anyone want to party?!

P.S. This is Noah on 29 May 08 at his graduation party at the park.

come back here so you can teach Jackson preschool!
Noah cracks me up. He always has the goofiest face expressions. I know he is going to be the class clown when he starts real school.
I agree with Liz Ann. Noah was the class clown when I taught him in primary. He always said the funniest things and I was always writing them down. I should make a little book of all the quotes I have from kids in my primary classes.
