I got a phone call mid Sunday morning from my brother telling me that he was going to be arriving in Vegas that afternoon for a couple of hours. Apparently, he had a layover in our city, and was going to be able to stay long enough to have lunch with us. I was soooooo excited!!! I hadn't seen my brother in around 3 years!!! WooHoo! What an awesome surprise!!!! Of course, I skipped church!...sorry Bishop! ;) and broke the Sabbath by eating at Cafe Rio!
Frankie actually made it to his sacrament meeting and made it over to hang out with his uncle!
All the young adults were excited!!!! LOL
And, Kela was just happy to be out and about. She always loves little outings! However, she was aggravated with us for missing church! She looks forward to being there each week. =)
Our small window of time was well spent. We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to be with family!

Alex is an awesome, awesome, awesome brother!!! He's always played the oldest brother role quite well...he's taken good care of me, loved me, and always been an inspiration in so many ways! It was a pure treat to be physically in his presence. =)

Where's the post on him asking her and the ring and all that stuff?!
Shhhhh....he has the ring, but hasn't given it to her yet. Probably really soon. ;) The post will be coming.
