Noah's Discovery Museum Field Trip

2 March 2010
Let me just say Noah is a little stinker. When he found out that he was having a field trip, he immediately told me that he did not want me to go. He came to me with a very serious disposition, and explained that his teacher was sending home a volunteer sign-up sheet, but he did not want me to sign it. Hahahahaha!!!! Whoah! I could not believe my ears! This was my first child who was independent. All my others wanted me to be at everything! LOL! I asked why he didn't want me to go, and he said that he wanted to play with his friends and didn't want me around. Hahaha! I was more than willing to appease him. Well, as it got closer to their field trip date, Noah ended up changing his mind. He came to me later and told me that he really did want me to go. hahaha! I asked, "Are you sure?" to which he responded yes! Now I can assure you that I did not guilt him into this. I was totally fine with not going, but something got the best of him, and he decided he wanted his mama there. And, of course, I didn't mind that either! Besides, who would have taken pictures had I not been present???? ;) Major bubble!
Pulley system
Tornado machine...notice the speed is at 78.7 here. This was by far the favorite activity with the kids!

Magnetic Spinner
My little group of 1st graders.
Where'd he come from?
