CHRISTMAS Lunch

25 December 2009
The afternoon was drawing itself closer, so lunch needed to be fixed.
Gabriel was in charge of making punch. (Sherbert, pineapple juice, and ginger ale...love it!)
I made all of the finger foods and side dishes.
However, the most important responsibility went to the boys.
They were tasked with making our two turkeys, because Dad was gimped up on the couch. LOL! Remember, Frankie made his first turkey the night before...excellent!...and now it was time for him to do another one, AND train Brandon on how to do it too.
Brandon watched carefully so that he could do his own. (We had two different flavors: Cajun and Specialty.)

Frankie's turkey:
Dad took charge of cutting the meat. He didn't want to feel totally left out. =) Then, Brandon prepared his first turkey to put in the fryer after taking mental notes. Waiting... Watching...Calculating...
Yay! They did it! I am SO proud! Both of my boys fried turkeys, and they were AMAZING...absolutely amazing!!!! NOT kidding!

Therefore, we gathered around to eat. Yum!
Our wonderful family joined together:

Our precious, precious crew!
Our crazy, looney clan! Our EVERYTHING!!!! Yes, this is what it's all about!
